Our aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents and their visitors feel at home and enjoy a range of facilities, comfortable accommodation, nutritious meals, and a daily activity program.
Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role as a Care Home Manager at Bandrum Nursing Home Limited in Dunfermline. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and leading a team of care professionals, overseeing resident care plans, coordinating and implementing care services, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care to residents
- Oversee and implement resident care plans to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Experience in managing and leading a team in a care home setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care home industry

- Understanding of financial management and budgeting in a care home setting
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care, nursing, or a related field
