A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and innovative global business based in the North West region. This is an exciting time for our client as they plan their growth over the coming year and expand their projects wider across the region.

This company requires an experienced HR Generalist to join them on a permanent basis, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.

The role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a busy function in the day-to-day HR duties
  • Assist with a full range of HR tasks throughout the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, new starters and leavers process, documentation, coordinating interviews
  • Manage HR systems and update employee data
  • Support employee relations administration
  • Manage the HR and recruitment system
  • Coordinate training, booking courses, liaising with external providers, and maintaining the training matrix
  • Create reports on HR data
  • Perform ad-hoc administration to support HR project work
  • Conduct general HR administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced HR Administrator
  • Qualified to level 3 CIPD or working towards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
