Project Management Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Secretary/PA to join our London office, supporting a successful Project Management/Building Consultancy with 20 staff and growing. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Partner and fee-earning team of 7, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PA/secretarial support to the Partner and fee-earning team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Process invoices and expenses with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Update Excel and Word templates with new client instructions, projects, and requirements.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and database management.
- Order office supplies and stationery, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with PAs across our offices to ensure admin projects are completed as a team.
- Contribute to social media and business development projects, utilizing case studies and articles to raise brand awareness and client engagement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Team Secretarial/PA experience, preferably in the Building/Property/Legal sector.
- Audio/digital dictation experience with typing speeds of 50-55 wpm and high accuracy.
- Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel skills, with proficiency in IT systems.
