Job Summary:As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as medication management, personal care, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with community access, including outings and activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
- Experience working with complex care clients.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Thorough induction and ongoing paid in-person training.
- Opportunity to work towards an NVQ/Diploma after successful probation.
