An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Safety Compliance Engineer, who will be an integral part of the Safety Assurance team, ensuring that projects and initiatives adhere to legislative and client safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Safety Assurance activities related to products, systems, and projects.
- Assist in the creation of Safety Reports and Safety Cases.
- Facilitate regular Safety Reviews.
- Implement an Engineering Safety Management Lifecycle for product launches and complex project applications.
Essential Qualifications:
- HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Experience in safety engineering or safety compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of the engineering safety management handbook and associated documentation.
- Familiarity with the safety protocols within the railway sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and possessing relevant skills.
- Background in safety or software auditing.
