Role Overview:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect. You will collaborate closely with the Housekeeping management team to ensure efficient operations within the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas meet our cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms to guarantee that they are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Guide and support the Room Attendants, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills.
  • Implement training sessions to ensure compliance with hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory, reporting any discrepancies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Pay close attention to additional cleaning or maintenance needs in guest rooms, coordinating with external contractors when required.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • A team player who is adaptable, dependable, and committed to excellence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with hotel management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
