As a key member of the Super Smart Service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance team in the European region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to the headquarters, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing internal controls, operating procedures, and policies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with financial institutes to facilitate meeting the company's financing needs. Additionally, you will provide opinions on the pricing of the group's related parties and support the group's financial sharing and global sharing processes.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can bring a solid foundation of financial knowledge and experience to the role. You will have a strong understanding of financial software and basic skills in other office software. Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, and proficiency in German, French, or other European languages is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic financial departments and local personnel in various departments. You will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Manager-level experience in a similar role
- Finance and accounting related majors
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in German, French, or other European languages
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
