About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our Landscape Services brand in East Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our services to customers and ensuring the wellbeing of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organisation and oversight of scheduled maintenance contracts within your geographical area.
  • Support the management of staff, including instructing and organising routes and rounds, and ensuring resource and material requirements are met.
  • Conduct safety inspections to protect staff, customers, and the public, including site safety inspections, vehicle inspections, and equipment checks.
  • Develop a proficient understanding of contract agreements and risk management.
  • Hold a full clean driving license.
