Position Summary:

As an Agricultural Trader, your primary responsibility will be to foster and expand the sales of seeds, fertilizers, and other essential agricultural inputs while managing procurement for the trading teams. You will represent the organization and advocate for its diverse services, including grain storage, agronomy, haulage, and animal feeds, while engaging directly with clients on their farms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance sales strategies for agricultural products.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage procurement processes for trading teams effectively.
• Promote the company’s services and products during client interactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the specified counties.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Preferably BASIS qualified.
• A robust background in arable farming.
• Experience in sales or trading is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and will include a company vehicle.
