Associate Director - Commercial / Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Director to join our Project Management Corporate Occupier team in Central London.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
  • Ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
  • Establish overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues on project commissions.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout projects.
  • Lead on project planning, including producing detailed project plans.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
  • Lead and advise on project finances.
  • Lead and advise on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution, and disputes.
  • Manage project information flow between teams and clients through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • Experience at a senior management position.
  • Experience delivering CAT A / CAT B office projects.
