About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of work at our client site and 2 days of remote work. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing data, and assisting our internal team with sales system management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate data records, including competitor tracking and Amazon Vendor Central updates
  • Support our internal team with initiative tracking, sales system management, and project coordination
  • Assist with key commercial projects and help achieve business objectives
  • Participate in self-development and career advancement opportunities
