As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure a high standard of evidence-based individualized nursing and family-integrated care for babies and their families.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure a high standard of evidence-based individualized nursing and family-integrated care for babies and their families.
- Provide education and support to families.
- Participate in the supervision and preceptorship/mentorship of pre/post-registration students and junior staff.
- Adhere to the NMC Code.
