DO YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A FOOD QUALITY ROLE OR A FOOD HANDLING ROLE?

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our client's well-established and expanding organization. If you possess prior experience in the food sector within a quality control or related capacity, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular quality assessments on products to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Verifying the proper calibration of equipment such as weight checkers, metal detectors, and more.
  • Performing checks on labels and date coding for finished goods.
  • Testing raw materials.
  • Completing comprehensive quality evaluations throughout every stage of the process.
  • Undertaking any additional duties as required.

The ideal candidate for this Quality Assurance Technician position will possess:

  • Previous experience in the food sector, specifically in a quality role.
  • The full right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • A Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexibility with working hours to cover other shifts as necessary.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills along with basic IT proficiency.
