We are seeking a highly skilled Land Agent to join our team at Hunter Dunning Limited. As a key member of our rural consultancy, you will play a vital role in advising on land rights, securing land, and assisting with compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities- Client visits and meetings across the region to provide expert advice on land management and development.
- Assisting with land valuation for renewable energy projects and digital mapping and land referencing.
- Regular client and internal meetings to ensure all stakeholders are updated frequently.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Land Agent or Rural Surveyor.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
- MRICS or Registered Valuer is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and in-person with client meetings.
- Digital mapping experience is desirable.
- Experience in rural activities such as farming or forestry is desirable.
- Salary fully dependent on experience.
