Java HFT Developer Opportunity

Oxford Knight is seeking a skilled Java HFT Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for maintaining and extending our JVM-based networking platform to integrate with new trading venues and adapt to new asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and extend the JVM-based networking platform
  • Implement new cross-asset pricing features
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new trading system features
  • Work closely with the trading team to ensure seamless integration with existing trading systems
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' professional experience of writing Java and/or Kotlin
  • Strong testing skills and understanding of its importance
  • Proactive and adept at managing multiple projects
  • Highly numerate, with fantastic problem-solving skills
  • Finance experience NOT necessary
  • Ideal candidate would have some UI experience, preferably React
