About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Earlsfield Court, a luxury 72-bed care home providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and individuality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with dementia, using our bespoke care approach to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for experienced carers, ideally with an NVQ qualification, who are eager to further their career within our home.

Person Specification
  • Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications (or willingness to attend).
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
