The Role:

  • Assisting the engineering team with the execution of highways design and civil engineering projects.
  • Offering support and managing project-related tasks for junior staff, as well as completing technical assignments given by project managers and senior managers.
  • Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Overseeing and supervising the daily work of junior staff and assistant engineers.
  • Coordinating project delivery when other design teams or service areas are involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality highway design and civil engineering projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
  • Manage project-related tasks, including coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing feedback and guidance to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting the requirements of the project and the company.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Civil 3D and CAD, with experience working on highway design and civil engineering projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the engineering team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
