Fire and Security Engineer

4way Recruitment is representing a reputable organization that is experiencing growth and is in search of skilled engineers to engage in innovative projects across the UK. With a solid standing in the market, you will have the chance to operate on significant client sites utilizing state-of-the-art systems.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive basic salary up to £36,000
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • Standby compensation of £145 per week
  • Incentive Bonus Scheme
  • Annual leave of 23 days plus public holidays
  • Reimbursement for travel expenses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing and maintenance on Fire alarms, Access Control systems, Intruder alarms, Nurse Call systems, Door Entry systems, and CCTV installations
  • Occasional minor installations on the aforementioned systems
  • Report directly to the Field Line Manager
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation
  • Manage workload, inventory, and company vehicle

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Fire and Security Systems
  • Familiarity with British Standards and Health and Safety regulations
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License is essential
  • CSCS or ECS card is preferred
  • Manufacturer training is advantageous
  • Security Screening clearance is mandatory
