Cafe Service Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including managing stock, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers, providing clear and concise information and updates as required.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, using your initiative and judgment to find solutions that meet the needs of the business and our customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cafe or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in hospitality, customer service, or a related field would be an advantage.
