Job Description

As a Commercial Contracts Officer, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager across a wide range of commercial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for every aspect of the Commercial Contract, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Prepare change notes and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring contractual elements are carried out, and assist with order processing and commercial contract administration.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in business and financial planning, and collaborate with the Contract Sub-Contract Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial contracting environment, with knowledge of pricing, terms, and conditions, and other contractual documentation.
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial sales transactions, negotiate, and prepare bids.
  • Strong written, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships with a wide range of company and customer personnel.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
