Role Overview

We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Fife. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will provide support to our service users on a short-term or long-term basis, helping to cover planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas.

You will work in partnership with our service users to develop their independence and improve their quality of life, enabling them to engage in activities they love and maintain social connections.

Key Responsibilities
