Job Title: Cost Estimating Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimating Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the cost estimating function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality estimates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of cost estimators to deliver estimates on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement cost estimation processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their cost estimation skills
  • Monitor and analyze cost estimation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Strong background in cost estimation and project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with cost estimation software and tools
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction principles
