Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products for export, including food products, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collect and check documentation and evidence required for certification.
  • Perform IT work, including checking information digitally.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documentation.
  • Assist with administration duties and process review to ensure efficiency.
  • Support the completion of export health certificates.
  • Inspect and audit manufacturing sites in accordance with the Groupage (GEFS) scheme.
  • Maintain computer records and comply with on-site Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Up-to-date OCQ (AHP CSO) qualification or willingness to train.
  • Good attention to detail, English language, and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Confident and decisive nature.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Right to reside and work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving license and own transport.
