Role Overview:
A skilled Vehicle Preparation Specialist is sought for a full-time position.

This role involves preparing vehicles for painting and understanding the procedures within an accident repair facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare automobiles for spray application.
  • Blend paint to achieve an accurate color match.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to produce high-quality paint finishes from start to finish, with experience in water-based paints.
  • Prior experience as a Vehicle Paint Preparation Specialist with a proven track record.
  • City Guilds certification or equivalent is necessary.
  • ATA certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
