Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and personable KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a community Primary School in Wandsworth. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will provide class-based support and small group interventions to students, working closely with experienced Teachers to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in KS2, including small group interventions and one-to-one tuition
  • Assist Teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Support the development of students' social and emotional skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a Primary School setting
  • A bubbly and enthusiastic personality, with the ability to engage children well

What We Offer:

  • A long-term contract, starting in September 2024, with potential for further employment
  • A competitive daily rate of £95+ (inclusive of Holiday Pay), paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
