Job Title: Chief People Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief People Officer to join our client, a quality care provider in the Midlands. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and implement employee engagement and performance management programs
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
