Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Leadership:

    Oversee multiple concurrent professional services programs, providing strategic direction and oversight from initiation to completion.

    Ensure alignment of program objectives with overall business goals and client expectations, proactively addressing risks and issues.

    Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related discussions and escalations.
  2. Project Planning and Execution:

    Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively to maintain project timelines and budget.

    Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.

    Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in project and program management within the professional services industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  5. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Experience in pricing is an advantage, as is Salesforce delivery experience, including integrations.
