Personal care responsibilities may be part of the role. This position is ideal for those seeking a learning support role that challenges you to apply your knowledge, communication abilities, and creativity to develop diverse methods that aid students in comprehending the material presented.


Utilizing a variety of resources to enhance students' understanding, motivation, and exploration of lesson topics, you will ensure they acquire the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary to meet their educational goals.

Establishing trusting relationships with students and interacting with them according to their unique needs and personalities is crucial.

Actively fostering an inclusive environment, you will support diversity and ensure all students have equal opportunities for learning and development.

Encouraging positive student behaviour, you will address conflicts and incidents promptly in accordance with established policies, promoting student accountability for their actions.

Creating and maintaining a purposeful, organized, and supportive atmosphere while assisting in showcasing students' work is part of your responsibilities.

With your expertise in supporting children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Additional Learning Needs (ALN), you will be a valuable addition to the team.
