About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multiskilled tradesperson to join our team at Dale Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment
- Install new fixtures and fittings as required
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify maintenance needs
- Work with other tradespeople to complete complex projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as required
