About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and confident sales professional to join our existing customer service team to provide unrivalled customer support and business growth across a range of private and public sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales to existing customers by broadening the range of products they buy from us, including designing bespoke solutions.
The role will involve converting sales enquiries into sales orders, responding to customer enquiries, and providing product information, quotations, and technical information to overseas customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for demonstrating products via video conferencing, prospecting new business opportunities, and establishing new customer accounts.
About You:
We are looking for a sales-focused individual with professional written and verbal proficiency in any of the following languages: Spanish, Polish, German, French, Dutch, Swedish. The ideal candidate will have a good level of English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience of demonstrating products by video.
The successful candidate will be a good team player with good administrative, organisational, and time management skills. They will also have commercial awareness and be professional, willing to learn, and have a high level of self-motivation.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive commencing salary, sales performance bonus, and a range of benefits including 33 days paid holiday, buy/sell up to 5 days holiday, company-related performance bonuses, and a company final salary pension scheme after a minimum of two years' service.
