Job Title: HR Support Hub Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Hub Coordinator to join our team at the RSPB. As an HR Support Hub Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating employee information, issuing contracts, and managing a shared mailbox.
  • Answer queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Basic office administration experience.
  • Remote working experience or ability to work from home.
  • Flexibility around hours to suit the team and workload.
  • Solid team player with good all-round communication ability.
  • An ability to juggle many tasks.
  • An attention to detail nature.
Desirable Criteria:
  • I-Trent or similar software experience.
  • 6 months HR admin experience.
