Position Overview:
SEN Instructors are sought to provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

About the Role:
Remedy Education is in search of dedicated Secondary Instructors to engage in one-on-one sessions with students facing various challenges, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. Your role will focus on enhancing students' life skills alongside core academic subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students with SEN, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with local educational authorities to ensure effective support for each student.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of one year of experience in teaching and assessment within primary or secondary education.
- At least two years of experience working with students with special educational needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
- A demonstrated ability to boost students' confidence, self-esteem, and enthusiasm for learning.
- A strong commitment to education, characterized by reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Proficiency in applying differentiated instructional techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
