Senior Architect Opportunity

About the Role

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their creative team in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will have outstanding design and technical skills, with a proven track record of delivering innovative designs across residential, commercial, and leisure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, working closely with senior team members and clients to ensure exceptional design concepts are delivered.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, providing excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to support their professional development and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Utilize Revit knowledge to create exceptional design concepts and deliver high-quality technical designs.
  • Attend site meetings and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
  • Meet the requirements of ARB registration and have significant post-Part 3 qualification experience.
