We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at JustNurses. As a leading healthcare agency, we offer a range of shift patterns to suit your requirements, with excellent pay rates of £19 - £25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver evidence-based care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  3. Administer Treatment: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  6. Educate Patients: Provide patients and their families with education and support to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
  7. Advocate for Patients: Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their voices are heard.

Requirements:

  1. NMC Registration: Hold current NMC registration with a minimum of 6 months' validity.
  2. Post-Qualification Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered General Nurse.
  3. Framework Compliance: Meet our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  4. Right to Work: Provide proof of your right to work within the UK.
