About the Role

We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our team in Inverness, working closely with the Partner and fellow solicitors to handle a range of private client and property work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with private client work, including wills, trusts, executries, POAs, and asset protection
  • Handle residential conveyancing matters, including commercial real estate work as needed
  • Work directly with clients, handling their own files and becoming part of the local legal community
Requirements
  • Interest in dealing directly with clients and handling their own files
  • Ability to become part of the local legal community while enjoying a larger firm framework and support
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate
