Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Spinal team at HCA Healthcare UK. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients with intricate spinal and orthopedic conditions.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including long days, nights, and weekends.

Contract Type

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary based on experience, along with a 9% shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse in our Spinal unit, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored care plans for patients.
  • Administering specialized nursing procedures and providing expert advice.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical educators and specialist consultants.
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to enhance patient care.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • NMC registration as a nurse.
  • Experience in spinal or orthopedic nursing.
