Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and adaptable SEN English Instructor to support Secondary schools in Halstead. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering personalized English education to students with special educational needs (SEN), empowering them to reach their highest potential.

As a SEN English Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to create and implement customized lesson plans tailored to the unique learning requirements of each student. You will collaborate with fellow educators and support personnel to foster an inclusive and nurturing educational atmosphere.

Your capacity to modify teaching techniques to suit various learning preferences and obstacles will be essential for your effectiveness in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
3. Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and external organizations to enhance the overall development of each student.
4. Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and attendance.
5. Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated on best practices in SEN education.
