• Disciplinary Procedures: Play a crucial role in organizing interviews, documenting discussions, and guiding managers through the disciplinary framework, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Absence Tracking: Monitor employee absences and maintain an accurate database to promote equitable treatment.
• Recruitment Assistance: Support both internal and external hiring processes, leveraging online systems to identify suitable candidates.
• Project Involvement: Engage in various projects as they arise, contributing to the enhancement of HR operations.
• KPI Monitoring: Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators to keep the team aligned with organizational objectives.
