Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to join our family in Southport, Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of childcare experience, particularly with children of similar age. The nanny will be responsible for providing high-quality care for our two children, aged 2 and 6 months, on a rolling week-on-week-off basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nurturing and stimulating care for our children, including meal preparation, engaging in activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and maintaining a tidy play environment.
  • Attend playgroups and toddler classes to support our children's development.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to our family's needs, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel with us on occasion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of childcare experience, particularly with children of similar age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check.
  • Paediatric first aid certification.
  • Recognised childcare qualification.
  • Exceptional references that reflect their childcare expertise.
