HRLife Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related issues, including absence, performance, and disciplinary matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and developing managers to handle difficult conversations and educate them on HR processes and policies
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation
  • Coordinating and managing long-term absence, participating in meetings, and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Managing GDPR-related tasks and requests, adhering to legal requirements
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the HR Coordinator
  • Conducting quarterly wellbeing meetings and implementing new initiatives to identify and develop opportunities for improvement in performance management
  • Partnering with the leadership team and HR Manager to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business
  • Providing HR business support on key projects, working with leaders to deliver organizational objectives
  • Assisting in strengthening the reward and recognition programs, including reviewing current benefit packages to ensure competitiveness within industry standards
  • Collaborating with the Internal Marketing and Communications team and HR team to support awareness days
  • Contributing to business-focused projects, including Retention, Mental Health, Employee Engagement, Reward, and Recognition

Ideal background will include:

Minimum CIPD L3 or equivalent, or qualified through a minimum of 3 years' HR experience

Previous experience in supporting ER cases, such as Grievance/Disciplinary hearings, is required

This role is hybrid, with 1 day a week in the office in Berkshire, easily accessible from Maidenhead, Reading, Bracknell, etc.

Salary: £30-£34k plus benefits
