Job Description:

We are seeking a kind and nurturing individual to support a 13-year-old boy with Autism, ADHD, and sensory differences. The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of neurodiversity, with a desire to learn more every day.

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support to the young man, using a nurturing child-centred approach
* Build a good relationship with him based on his interests
* Ensure his safety and well-being at all times
* Communicate effectively with the parent and other professionals involved in his care

Requirements:

* Experience working with children with Autism and ADHD
* Understanding of sensory differences and how to support individuals with these needs
* Ability to be patient and understanding, with a calm and empathetic approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

* Minimum of 5 hours per week, with potential for more hours available

Desirable Skills:

* Ability to drive (although not essential)
