Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing plans to maximize exposure and achieve the highest possible prices for our clients' properties.
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact to handover, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Utilize the Fine & Country network to leverage local, national, and international exposure, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide administrative support, deal with inquiries, and book appointments.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
