About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious teacher to join our leadership team at Oakridge School. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for leading the development of students, trainee teachers, and Early Career Teachers, as well as leading the subject of Writing across the school.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing the life chances of children, has high expectations, and is compassionate. You will be an expert teacher who can model high-quality practice and inspire new and trainee teachers.

Oakridge School is a wonderful two-form entry school just outside the centre of High Wycombe. We cater for children from 2 to 11 years old and have a diverse community that makes it an exciting place to work. Our staff share the school's vision of 'Enhancing the life chances of all our children' and are committed to wellbeing and workload.

What We Offer

We will offer training and mentoring to support you grow as a leader, including training to become a qualified Instructional Coach. You will work closely with our committed Deputy Headteacher, who leads on Teaching and Learning and supports other schools in Buckinghamshire.
