Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Design and execute personalized learning strategies tailored to the unique requirements and capabilities of each student.

Facilitate engaging and interactive educational sessions to enrich the learning journey of students.

Regularly evaluate and track student progress, modifying instructional methods as needed.

Work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Essential Qualifications:

Relevant educational credentials in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Proven experience in supporting students with SEN within an educational framework.

In-depth knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience working with students with SEN.

Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with SEN legislation and best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to modify teaching techniques to accommodate the diverse needs of learners.

Work Environment:

Part-Time hours with a flexible schedule.

Engagement in classroom settings or one-on-one interactions with students.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential opportunities for permanence in the future.
