About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Jenrick Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our production process machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production process machinery and equipment to ensure their optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of our equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including job cards and equipment records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance-related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical aspects of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
