Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our ECGE Team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our technical staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and organize staff social events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide first aid and fire marshal services to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and sort site equipment, as well as coordinate deliveries for site mobilization and maintenance.
  • Arrange car hire for consultants as needed.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including managing supplies and resources.
  • Offer administrative support to technical staff, including typing, editing, and printing documents and presentations.
  • Prepare weekly reports on equipment usage for project uploads.
  • Ensure timely completion of data for timecards by Friday deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Operational Director and enhance office efficiency.
