Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our corporate strategy and policies, driving business growth, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the social housing sector.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on corporate strategy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate strategy and policies that align with our business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on social housing issues, including policy development and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies and policies
  • Deep understanding of social housing issues, including policy development and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
