About the Role:

  • Support the planning team in the delivery of projects, including regeneration, housing developments, renewable energy, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Attend meetings with clients and local planning authorities to discuss project progress and provide expert advice.
  • Submit and monitor planning applications to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Assist with planning appeals and provide representation to local plans and policies.
  • Analyse and research policies to inform project decisions and provide recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Have a good understanding of the UK planning system and relevant policies.
  • Be a positive, hard-working individual with excellent communication skills.
