The Strategic Analytics team at Arch is a dynamic and expanding team that focuses on developing cutting-edge predictive models and analytical tools to enhance profitability and growth. As a leader in this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated diagnostic test plans within the MLOps framework to ensure our services meet the highest quality standards and business needs. This role demands strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a drive for exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance the QA framework. Collaboration and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the MLOps testing framework
  • Lead test planning activities and manage the testing process
  • Develop and modify test cases, test data, and automated test scripts
  • Keep stakeholders informed about testing status and reports
  • Coordinate with QA engineers and project leads
Required Skills/Experience
  • 7-9 years of software testing experience
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and concepts
  • Strong understanding of API quality assurance
  • Proficiency in testing APIs and utilizing test automation tools
  • Experience with Azure Portal, Function Apps, and Databricks
  • Ability to write automation scripts using frameworks
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python for database querying
  • Experience with Windows, Web Applications, and Web Service environments
Desired Skills/Experience
  • Proficiency in SQL databases like Azure SQL and Python
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Cypress, and REST Assured
  • Strong familiarity with Python and Databricks
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • IT software testing certification (optional)
  • IT Agile certification (optional)
