Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and check in late arrivals, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain high standards of room cleanliness and organization, adhering to our hotel's quality standards.
  • Set up for breakfast service, preparing the hotel's dining area for the morning rush.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
